Healthy seasonal vegetable...菜の花(Na no Hana)


Na no Hana is a healthy edible plant used by japanese in their cooking repertory in spring time.
Na no Hana season is from January to March.
For busy people, there are home delivery services of fresh vegetables as well. 
Japan is so convinient country, they pampers everyone. 





 Ang aking paboritong luto, Na no Hana salad (菜の花) 

pakulo ng water, sprinkle few asin,
put in Na no Hana sa kumukulong water, 
mga 2~3 mins palambutin... hanguin at transfer agad sa ice water para hindi umitim.
(parang pagluluto lang ng talbos ng kamote sa pilipinas)
budbudan ng sliced kamatis at sibuyas...
lagyan din ng katsuboshi (optional),
boiled egg (optional).

Luto na!!
itadakimasu... soshite, gochisousama deshita.
