Water mill... Suisha in Japan

Image
Hello, Konnichiwa! Magandang Araw po😊 I think this is the biggest watermill I've seen in Japan. It is made of wood.  I can feel the cool mist of water over my head...it fantastic! There are fresh vegetables, fruits, and other items for sale at the shop. There is a small shop to dine japanese cuisine.  It has big parking area and clean toilets to accomodate tourists. There is a hanging bridge, its thrilling to cross towards the adjacent museum. There is a japanese deer resting over the nearby mountain.  Go at the rooftop of the museum, if you are lucky, you'll see it.  I was lucky😍.  Go find the Bell of Love🔔🕭 ring it! http://obachanichi.jp/ Are you fond of exploring interesting places in the mountainside? Pasyal po kayo dito👋👋

Small fish for Pet, Medaka of Japan

Image
Hello, Konnichiwa, Maagandang araw po! Do you love small fish? Japan have beautiful small fishes that do not need much attention to pet. Wow, I like that! They are called Medaka🐟🐠 They can be found on ricefields, lakes and rivers. But difficult to catch because they are too small and too fast. Some Michi no Eki shops sell inexpensive medaka in bottles. But breeders sells them at a bit higher price depending on the type of medaka. Since I am just a beginner, I cannot enumerate the different types of medaka.  But I learned that there are plenty of types of medaka. Interesado ka ba mag-alaga ng medaka?

Pet shop in Japan

Image
Yeah! How cute white shiba-ken puppy is!🐕 It has been almost 7 years since my pet dog died.  Our dog's name is Betty, a mix akita-ken breed, white too. She lived for 15 years.  We adopted her from a pet adoption center when she was around 1 year old. She died while I was out of the country.  When I left home, she was normally genki.  I cried so much when I heard over the skype that Betty was dying. And I can't even go home immediately to be at her side. If only I knew that she was not feeling well, I would have not left her. When i get back home, she was gone... cremated. I burst in tears the night I arrived where hubby took me to the place where betty was cremated😭😢😿... no ash to see... only pain of sorrow in my heart. I know betty don't want to see me cry,  that's why she choose her death while I'm away. I really love her and miss her up to now. 🐶 Do you have a pet that died while you are away from home? How long did

Visited Wakayama Prefecture

Image
Hello, Konnichiwa! Magandang araw po! Hubby and I visited Wakayama City. It took us 3~4hours drive via Meishin Expressway from Ichinomiya City. Arriving in Wakayama City, we stayed overnight at Wakayama Daiwa Royal Hotel.  I made online reservation the night before and luckily a room was available. Payment we made upon check in. Our booking include a buffet breakfast. All the foods are delicious and healthy. The parking lot is adjacent the hotel building for a fee. The next day, we visited Wakayama Castle, the nearby Honmachi and the famous temples at the mountain. We travelled the bypass road of Wakayama City 3 times, back and forth, to one tourist spot to another and in going back home. Hubby told me, the difficult part of Wakayama is it's surrounded by mountains and rivers so there are no shortcut roads and bypass is the only way to go around. We enjoyed our stay though. Have you experienced any difficulty in travelling Japan? Thank you, Arigato gozaimasu, and

Hello, Konnichiwa, Magandang araw po!😊 Sunday drive around Ena Gifu with hubby. Akyat ng bundok, sightseeing. Napadaan sa isang lugar, may bombero at pulis, may sunog pala...kakatapos lang. Winter season, dry ang atmosphere kaya prone sa sunog. Hubby love to drive along the mountain winding road. We had lunch at Sato Family Restaurant afterward and go home. Where did you spend your sunday drive?                 view of Kasagi Dam                                              Gifu Prefecture, Ena Lunch at Sato Family Restaurant https://sato-res.com/store/0563530290/
