I convert my Japan driver's license to Philippine's

First:
在フィリピン日本大使館へ行って日本免許証の英語翻訳をすること
Go to Japan Embassy, for english TRANSLATION of your Japanese drivers license.

予約は必要なし。
NO NEED for appointment, Walk-in ok.

開業時間の20分前に行列が開催。
Japan Embassy Manila open Monday thru Friday(except holidays) 8:30~12:30. 13:30~17:15
Falling in line in front of the gate may start 20 mins before opening hour.

訪問目的書を記入。
大使館の敷地内に携帯電話の持ち込はみ禁止。携帯電話はガードマンに預ける。
Fill up a form at the gate: name; address; tel#; purpose of visit.
Give to the guard together with your cellphones. Cellphones not allowed inside embassy premise.
Bawal ipasok ang cellphones sa loob ng Japan Embassy.

持っていくもの
Bring the following:
①Japanese Driver's License, submit to window and will get back upon release of translation
日本運転免許証
②Philippine Passport
パスポート
③Residence Card in Japan
在留資格(ACR)
④Application form (ibibigay ng  personel)
翻訳の申込書（大使館の窓口で渡される）記入。
最後、引換証がもらえる。
お支払いの際、正確な金額を準備する様。
After filling up the form, the personnel will hand a claim stub.
Claim your translation paper at the stated date.
In my case, I got the translation the following day.
Bring EXACT AMOUNT of cash for payment as stated in the claim stub.
I believe translation cost me less than Php1,000.00

Second:
LTO支店の免許証切替業務は異なります。前もってリサーチするように。
Not all LTO city branch offers license conversion service so make your research.
LTO in Las Pinas City and Pasay City does. Kindly check the branch address.

There are many help desk inside LTO building so it's convinient to ask.
First, inquire where to get application form for foreign driver license conversion.
Fill up application form and submit.
You will be sent for medical check-up located inside the LTO vicinity.
Pay & be check-up.
Return to licensing division with medical check-up result.
Mine, they will stapled it to my application form.
Your name will be announced very loudly at the window.
ID picture will be taken at the LTO window#, pay.
Wait until your Philippine Driver's License card is released.

フィリピンの高齢者年齢は５６歳からなので、少し早く申請が出来る、優良。
全ての掛かった費用は二千ペソ程度。

In my case, since I was classified as senior citizen, I got my license speedily.
My license ID processing took only 5 hours!
I believe my license conversion cost me around less than Php2,000.00
I don't know if this amount is a senior citizen rate.
